Directions

• Prepare a bowl of boiling water and cold water.
• Put the mouth guard in the boiling water for 45 seconds.
• Remove and place in the cold water for 1 second.
• Place the mouth guard in the mouth around the upper teeth and press the lips with you fingers. DO NOT BITE DOWN.
• Holding the mouth guard in this position to mould it to the front teeth.
• Replace the mouth guard in boiling water and remove after 1 second. having the mouthguard moulded in the mouth around upper teeth, pressing tongue against the back of upper teeth, bite together into the mouth guard.
• Finally once completed place the mouth guard in the cold water .
