Prostore.nz - Terms of Use

1. Introduction Welcome to Prostore.nz ("Prostore", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application ("App") and services. By accessing or using our App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you disagree, you must discontinue use immediately.

9. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion if a User violates these Terms.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Zealand.

  • Users agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally before initiating legal proceedings.
